Automation Personnel Services is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative
Pay Rate
$16.00 per Hour.
Schedule and Hours
8:00am – 5:00pm (1st Shift)
Monday – Friday (Must be able to work overtime as needed)
Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Publisher, and Main Frame.
- Data Entry
- Forklift Experience is required.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Time Management
- Excellent telephone sales personality.
- Must speak clearly and be able to interact with the customers via phone and/or in person.
- Answer phones in a timely fashion and take sale orders.
- Assist customers with fulfilling orders on the website.
- Shipping and receiving LTL, UPS, and USPS.
- Take inventory and label shelves.
- Call vendors daily to make sure they have received our P. O’s.
- Placing Purchase Orders.
- Check mailbox daily.
- Entering sales orders from walk in customers, faxes, and the phone.
- Quoting customers.
