Autocenter Center Sales & Service is a family owned business located in Brockton with over 450 vehicles in stock. We keep growing and looking for an EXPERIENCED SERVICE MANAGER to run our service department. Our dealership is very customer focused, you will definetly be a good fit for our team if you value customer experiences like we do.
Duties:
- running the service department, managing a group of service technicians and advisors, overseeing vehicle repair processes.
- collaborating with the service advisor to ensure proactive resolution of all customer complaints, making follow-up calls when needed.
- Assist sales people when they need technical information about vehicles.
- Monitor the department performance using appropriate reports.
Qualifications:
- Previous Automotive Service Manager Experience
- Valid Driver's License - with an acceptable driving record
- Experience with all international and American brand cars
- Customer focused
