Autocenter Center Sales & Service / DriveMax is a family owned business located in Brockton with over 450 vehicles in stock. We are growing and we are looking for an experienced SERVICE MANAGER to join our new team.
Duties include:
- Responsible for overseeing the Service department, ensuring it is profitable and running smoothly.
- Understand customers concerns/issues and find an appropriate resolution.
- Set and manage the expectations for a Service Advisor and Technicians.
- Monitor the department performance using appropriate reports.
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Service Manager Experience
- Valid Driver's License - with an acceptable driving record
- Experience with all international and American brand cars
- Customer focused
