Description
The Auto-Owners Associates Credit Union (AOACU) serves the financial needs of Associates and Retirees of Auto-Owners Insurance Company.
The AOACU Credit Union Support team is looking for a motivated, part-time Member Service Representative (MSR) to join their team.
The MSR is responsible for providing friendly and professional service to our members, as well as :
- Building trusting relationships with members and providing them with high quality and accurate member service
- Efficiently processing daily work in a multi-tasking environment
- Opening new accounts, servicing existing accounts and responding to member requests
- Processing, preparing and closing installment loans
- Providing in-person or by-telephone general and specific service-related information concerning credit union services
- Assisting with other duties within the department as needed
Desired Skills & Experience
- Ability to work quickly and independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines
- Exhibit strong levels of organization and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms
- Ability to use good problem resolution skills
- Regular and predictable attendance
