Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly at the service drive
• Obtain customer and vehicle information efficiently
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Collaborate with technicians to determine and recommend needed maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
• Follow up with customers and monitor vehicle progress throughout the day
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent sales and follow-through abilities
• Previous service writer experience preferred
• Self-motivated and organized
• Valid driver's license is a must!

Potential Yearly Income: $50,000 - $110,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,909.53 - $119,096.97 per year
