    Full Time Position : Monday-Friday 8 : 00a-5 : 00p

    Responsibilities and Duties Include, but are not limited to :

    • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers.
    • Assist customers in understanding the relationship between Mister Sparky and affiliated companies and the impact of the annual maintenance programs.
    • Identify sales opportunities and upsell additional services to customers
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
    • Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets.

    • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product offerings clearly and persuasively
    • Attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer information

    • Experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
    • Positive attitude and optimistic outlook
    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
    • Must pass a national background check and drug test
    • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
