Austin Tri-Hawk Automotive, Inc is Hiring a Sales Analyst Near Austin, IN

Responsibilities

Manages, develops and administers sales activities. Manages customer accounts, coordinating projects involving customer with all departments, and developing product cost structure.

Support (ATA) efforts to promote Corporate Social Responsibility, (CSR) and ensure activities are carried out in cooperation with G-TEKT CSR, and Corporate Governance initiatives and activities to ensure compliance in functional areas of responsibility. Support the Corporate Governance Policy of Austin Tri-Hawk Automotive and the Objectives of:

  • Meeting challenges of changed legal and business environment.
  • Enhancing the trust of ATA among customers, associates, and society.
  • Implementing activities to improve ATA business operations using a strategy of Steady Compliance.

Sales Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, manufacturing, engineering or related area or three (3) years professional experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • A World-Class Customer Service mind-set;
  • Knowledge of products and services as well as competitor’s products and services.
  • High communication & negotiation skill;
  • Organization for controlling drawings, engineering changes, and other documents;
  • Computer competency in PLEX system, and other office environment software programs
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of information and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills including project coordination in cross-functional environment
  • Good analytical and problems solving skills; logical and open-minded.
  • Experience working in or desire to work in a Japanese work environment.

(Japanese language ability is beneficial but not required).

Leadership

  • Model proper, respectful and courteous communications with all associates, guests, and customers.
  • Provide professional skills and positive, “willing to help” attitude to all associates.
  • Assist sales team in public relations.
  • Model proper associate conduct and character.
  • Model and mentor proper process procedures and problem solving.

Service

  • Research various market and business trends, including buying patterns and market trends.
  • Develop and manage major client accounts.
  • Prepare and present various project proposals, reports on sales forecasts, and international business trends.
  • Identify and develop any new or change requirement based on RFQ (request for quote) from customers and create proposed quotations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate to allocate technical resources to coordinate punctual service parts and assess project progress.
  • Maintain constant awareness of markets conditions.
  • Maintain competitors activities and problems within assigned area
  • Maintain the procedures for sales routine.
  • Attain maximum sales volume from potential markets
  • Follow proper company systems, procedures and protocol.
  • Customer account management.
  • Acquire new business from customers.
  • Price negotiation with customers & suppliers.
  • Maintain current sales documentation.
  • Generate and distribute a variety of daily and monthly reports.
  • Data entry of confidential information, tracking, and reviewing documentation.
  • Organization for controlling drawings, engineering changes, and other documents.
  • Maintain ECS change history.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
  • Support ISO-9001 requirements.

Operations

  • Direct customer communications and information to assigned accountable area team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers and current customers.
  • Analyze and control expenditures.
  • Direct new model project(s) and corresponding customer service.
  • Monitor trends and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Analyze and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
  • Visit customer periodically to maintain satisfaction.
  • Distribute functional promotional literature to ATA guests and customers.
  • Review and analyze supplier price, quality, delivery and performance.
  • Create cost estimation for customers request for quotation.
  • Other duties assigned by Sales Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
