We're looking for a reliable, easy-going team player to support our groomers in creating efficient schedules. If you're someone who knows the local geography and enjoys delivering great customer service, you're the perfect fit. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with bonuses for exceptional performance. Paid training. Responsibilities: • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, schedule coordination for groomers, route optimization, and logistics-handling • Supervise and lead grooming team, provide guidance and support as needed • Brief groomers about their daily schedule, including highlighting unusual circumstances and situations they may encounter. • Oversee customer relations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive client relationships • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, expand customer base, and identify opportunities for business growth • Manage grooming supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring that the vans are well-stocked and equipped for efficient operations • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, seeking ways to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance • Answer incoming calls, returning voicemails and texts, and email correspondence. This includes professional handling of customer complaints, and resolution within one’s scope. • Respond to calls/texts from groomers in the field, in real time, regarding any customer and pet issues. This requires ability to multi-task by setting priorities across inputs. • Inform customers on services and prices we provide, especially as applicable to their pet's breeds, needs and health, and making appropriate recommendations. • Review of the schedule at the end of the day for completed appointments, verifying charges and payments. • Keep owners and other dispatchers informed of any issues, actions, or problems. • Other duties as assigned during training. **Applicant must be available to start in February** Qualifications
