Is This You?

We are looking for a passionate, experienced sales professional to lead our FinTech-ISV sales initiatives. This individual will drive sales and customer account relationships with Aurora’s partners and ISV firms. We are looking for an ambitious, results driven, self-starter to take the lead on ensuring the flawless execution of the Aurora ISV sales strategy. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who actively seeks out challenges, thrives in an environment of accountability and constant change, and takes initiative to collaborate with teammates.

In this role, you will be the driving force for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, working with our partners and ISV firms, and achieving revenue targets for the ISV sales channel.


What Will You Do?

  • Drive the successful adoption of Aurora’s cutting-edge proprietary technology platform and services to merchants through collaboration with Aurora’s partners and ISV firms.
  • target and drive new customer acquisition;
  • leverage existing relationships to identify possible opportunities based on past success and experience within FinTech and ISV industries;
  • align with the finance, compliance, product, and operations teams as well as other Aurora stakeholders to accurately identify and effective address the critical action items in order to drive the evolution of our product suite, including potential integrations with our partners and ISV firms;
  • build trusted relationships with key customer decision-makers, influencers, and delivery teams;
  • effectively manage customers, pipeline, and forecasting; and
  • support the coordination and planning of sales functions and activities.


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • expert-level understanding of the FinTech and ISV industries;
  • demonstrative experience with selling and quota successes in the highly competitive FinTech industry;
  • strong and confident communication skills and solid technical understanding that enable successful customer relationship management at product, commercial, and executive levels; and
  • experience of working in a fast paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving company.
