We are seeking a skilled ISO Support/Sales team member to join our dynamic team at Aurora Payments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Agents in contacting merchants to introduce and explain company services
  • Respond to everyday phone calls from Agents and Potential Merchants
  • Consult and recommend Agents the best pricing for their merchants.
  • Reply to emails from Agents, merchants, and other company staff
  • Conduct training for new agents
  • Fill out applications on Merchant Services, ATM, Cash Advance
  • Follow up with agents by calling and texting them to close deals
  • Discuss Agent bonus information with the team and motivate them to achieve goals
  • Assist Merchants to submit forms to update bank accounts, change DDA name and other information such as location phone number, legal name
  • Complete the upfront bonus every week for Agents
  • Follow up with Merchants who call in for new processing services and/or products
  • Collect information on other sources to get potential agents and merchants
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Customer Service background preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency - including Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, etc
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
