The Opportunity

This position is full-time, in-office, Monday thru Friday, at our corporate headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. Our proprietary Salon POS is a module POS system which includes many apps working with each other through an API allowing for mobile interactive booking, on-demand marketing, and mobile payments. We are hiring energetic, results driven Inside Sales Consultants who will be responsible for contacting health and beauty businesses and signing them up for our Salon POS and merchant services solutions.

The Inside Sales Consultant opening is a professional role that is fully W2, with base pay, bonuses on every account submitted, and monthly residual earning, plus spiffs and fun contests. There are no dialers and an expectation of 80 outbound calls daily.

You will be well trained to manage the entire sales cycle and utilize your previous professional experience to meet potential Members’ needs. Your ability to effectively communicate with people throughout all organizational levels within a business and project strong credibility and industry expertise will enable success in this role.


The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the health and beauty industry
  • Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks / appointments using HubSpot
  • Educate business owners on the payment processing industry and build rapport
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and complete online applications
  • Closing sales of our payment processing services to meet or exceed goals

Who you are:

  • Minimum 1 year of outbound phone sales using CRM system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in Vietnamese preferred
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion to accomplish new tasks
  • Great attitude, energy, and motivated work ethic
  • Receptive to evaluation, coaching and ongoing training
  • Ethical, collaborative contributor impacting outcome and culture
