AudioEye is Hiring an Account Executive - SMB Near New York City, NY

The SMB Account Executive responds to all inbound leads and sales inquiries with the goal of converting those trial users into paying customers. The quota for this position is based on a minimum MRR attainment. The SMB Account Executive will be primarily focused on our direct SMB and Mid-Market segment of AudioEye website-generated trials, as well as the occasional Agency who might be reselling our solution to their clients.

How you’ll Contribute:

  • Qualify inbound inquiries via chat and phone
  • Ensure follow-up with a clear calls-to-action
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities daily
  • Utilize Outreach and Salesforce to access, change or input account information for new and existing customers
  • Working in a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, multi-tasking, and communicating in an efficient manner
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's' Degree 
  • 1-2 years sale SaaS sales experience
  • Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Intercom, Office 365, MAC
  • Excellent communicator with exceptional listening, speaking, and writing skills
  • Passion for identifying and solving problems
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Experience working in fast-paced start-up environments
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities with acute attention to detail
