Audi Wilmington is busy and we are looking for experienced Service Advisors.

Job Description

• Service Advisors greet customers and asses their automotive needs.
• Service Advisors work with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
• Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
• Service Advisors maintain relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Complete walk around procedure with customer
• Provide fast, efficient and courteous service to customer by interpreting their requests, scheduling, and coordinating the diagnosis an repair of their vehicle
• Present each customer with the dealerships suggested maintenance menu while providing accurate and honest advice to customers on recommended services for the care of their vehicles
• Explain technical information about repair to customers in a clear, concise, and professional manner
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates when discussing the customers concern
