Job Summary
The Internet Manager helps reinforce the Hanania brand and culture, exuding a positive attitude and high energy while directing the internet sales portion of the dealership.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Consistently and professionally connect with prospective customers via phone and email to set an confirm appointments; following up on no show customers
• Utilize a prospect development system through the Customer Relationship Management software (eLead)
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Responsible for meeting customer appointment goals
• Seamlessly transfer online leads to Sales team
• Partner with Sales Management Team to provide near-real-time quotes to customer inquiries
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers

Required Skills & Abilities

• Comfortable with large phone call volume and email volume
• Superior customer service
• Strong written and oral communication skills and work ethic
• Commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently and/or part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience

• 3 years of experience in the retail automotive industry
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Experience maintaining high CSI
• Strong organizational, relationship building, and time management skills
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Professional Appearance and Demeanor
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
