Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, returns, and product information
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively
- Upsell products to customers to enhance their shopping experience
Experience:
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Experience with technical sales or retail math is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous for multilingual customer support
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is preferred
