AU Associates is looking for an entry-level property manager willing to learn and be responsible for the direct management oversight of residential multifamily affordable communities. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, tours, processing applications
• Property Inspection and coordinate with maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Negotiate contracts with vendors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market available units to attract applicants
• Collect rent and approve property invoices
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance

Skills

• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
• Customer focus and bottom line orientation
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Self-Starter

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Social Media, etc.)
• Strong organizational/communication skills
• Previous property management experience a plus, but not required
