Sales Associate - Canadian Market | Direct Hire - First Shift | Mason, OH

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team, specializing in our Canadian market. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of experience and a passion for sales and customer relations. This role involves travel once or twice a month alongside our Engineers to various locations, contributing to the expansion of sales and maintenance of existing accounts within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion by researching and developing new accounts.
• Coordinate with factories to obtain pricing and manage purchase orders, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
• Conduct inventory control activities to optimize stock levels and meet customer demands.
• Utilize MS Office software proficiently for data management and reporting purposes.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to resolve sales issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in [relevant field].
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or related roles.
• Willingness to travel once or twice a month.
• Strong customer relations skills with a focus on fairness and quick issue resolution.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Schedule:

Full time, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm

Pay:

Approx. $45,000-$50,000 anually.
