We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee all financial and accounting activities of our global leading semiconductor manufacturing company!

An active CPA is required!

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate and oversee the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and monitor budget variances.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all financial reporting requirements.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations and implement necessary updates to accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active CPA
• Experience in technology manufacturing, semi-conductor, or food manufacturing is preferred
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with [specific software] is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound business decisions
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
