### Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist the delivery driver in transporting goods and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. ### Duties:

- Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle

- Safely transport goods to customer locations following assigned routes

- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with a friendly and professional attitude

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes or delays

- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse

### Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or delivery-related roles is preferred but not required

- Familiarity with commercial driving practices and regulations is a plus

- Strong physical stamina to lift and carry heavy packages as needed

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
