Atrium Management is Hiring a Lease up Property Manager Near Orlando, FL
- Oversee the lease-up process for our new construction of Class A communities, ensuring optimal occupancy rates.
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the benefits of living at Aston Square Park Luxury homes.
- Supports and participates in fulfilling the customer service and leasing standards
- Responds to resident requests promptly and courteously and provides solutions to resolve resident issues
- Assists in preparing all paperwork specific to new and renewal lease agreements
- Determines lease renewal rates and assist in delivery of renewal letters to secure renewals
- Reviews resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees owed, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies, and enforce the lease to maximize revenue
- Identifies areas for improvement and improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the community
- Collects, posts, and deposits rents/security deposits and other community income on a daily basis
- Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to attract prospective residents.
- Independently establishes priorities, manages time effectively, and fulfills assigned objectives and projects
- Responds to and resolves unexpected problems and handles priority changes in a fast-moving environment
- Comprehends legal documents and carry out related rent collections and lease management.
- Completes financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting.
- An understanding of property operations with emphasis on lease terms to support contract enforcement, including collections
- Previous experience managing Class A / Luxury new construction lease-up is highly preferred.
- Exceptional marketing and advertising strategies
- Multi family marketing, leasing, and property management experience.
- Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience as an onsite Property Manager (required)
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- College education, CAM or ARM certification (preferred)
