Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $125,600 - $167,400

Zone B: $113,000 - $150,700

Zone C: $104,200 - $139,000

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Atlassian is looking for a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to execute our end-to-end campaigns and increase full funnel demand for Agile DevOps products (Jira, Compass, Bitbucket, etc). Working closely with the Agile DevOps Demand Generation and Product Marketing Managers, your role will be to execute the B2B demand generation strategy to create a seamless experience for customers to learn about our products and move through our funnel . We are looking for a candidate that is interested in learning all things demand generation and is open to learning about and supporting flywheel and enterprise selling models. You have experience in or are willing to learn and master funnel analytics and speak in terms like MRR, Sign Ups, Active Instances, Purchase ROI and CVR. You are excited about the science of marketing as much as the art and enjoy building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns. You will work with world-class product teams and new emerging businesses within Atlassian.

Responsibilities:

What you'll do:

  • Understand Atlassian's products and customer journeys for our Land and Expand programming

  • Partner closely with fellow demand generation experts and product marketers to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and always on marketing campaigns across email, web personalization, advertising, content syndication

  • Partner with Demand Strategists to develop targeted audience segmentation to deliver more relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Performance Marketing, Creative, Email Operations and Audience Targeting Optimization to launch and deliver programs on time

  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to Demand Gen and Product Marketing

  • Collaborate with product marketing to build targeted campaigns and highlight resources throughout the entire buyer journey

Qualifications:

On the first day, we’ll expect you to have:

  • 4 years of experience in marketing and/or demand generation across B2B or B2C.

  • Experience implementing marketing programs and processes.

  • Understanding of customer marketing and complex buyer journeys.

  • A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.

  • Expertise across email marketing and paid channels

  • Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities is a big plus

  • Extraordinary program management and communication skills with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.

  • The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done.
