Description :
Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is currently hiring a full-time Utility Associate-CDL . This is an excellent entry level position, and any level of experience is welcome to apply! You will be required to obtain a CDL-A license within the first 6 months of hire.
As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area.
Your New Role :
- Transporting equipment safely to and from customer locations when needed.
- Assisting the Parts Department with checking in parts.
- Supporting the Service Department by maintaining a clean warehouse.
- Using shop supplies in a practical and economic manner.
- Maintaining your assigned work area and following all safety rules
- Performing other duties and tasks as directed by management.
Requirements :
What You'll Need to Succeed :
- Have a valid CDL license or the ability to obtain a CDL within the first 6 months of hire.
- Excellent communications skills.
- A willingness to learn and be trained.
- The ability to manage time and attendance. You must be dependable, self-motivated and be able to work in a team environment.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs.

Loading, Transporting, and unloading equipment to and from customers' jobsites.
