Responsibilities:

• Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols and procedures.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
• Prescribe medications and issue prescriptions and treatments.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families.
• Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines.
• Effectively identify, evaluate, and address disease prevention and health promotion issues to provide comprehensive women's health care throughout the lifespan, with an emphasis on reproductive, gynecologic, and family-centered health education while administering quality patient care.
• Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of common gynecologic acute and chronic healthcare issues.
• Educate patients and/or families about preventive care, medical issues, and use of prescribed medical treatments and/or medications.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
• Record physical findings and formulate plan and prognosis based on patient's condition.
• Participate in outpatient and hospital call.

Requirements:

• Must be a registered Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife in the state of NY.
• Previous experience as a nurse in a fertility practice or OB/GYN preferred.
• Experience in and a passion for women's health, fertility highly preferred.

Please note- The annual base salary range is $120k to $135k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
