We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our client’s dedicated team. As a Social Worker in their organization, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate mental health support to individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health assessment, intervention, and support to individuals in distress.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, safety, and risk factors to determine appropriate interventions and level of care required.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance professional development and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.
• Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines, always maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support for clients.
• Monitor patients' progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC license required.
• CASAC preferred.
• Some knowldge of working with the substance abuse population.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, crisis assessment, and evidence-based intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly and build trust with individuals in crisis.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.

Please note- The annual base salary range is $50k to $80k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
