Details about this exciting opportunity:

• Full-Time Mobile Mental Health Social Worker (MSW or LMSW) for our Family Matters program.
• This role will work closely with children, and their families, to provide mental health services.
• Compensation: $55,000 – $73,000.00/year.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Conduct clinical and case management services off-site: in homes, schools and other community-based locations.
• Provide appropriate clinical documentation and agency reports (e.g., clinician’s schedule, treatment plans) in a timely and appropriate manner
• Monitor and update the treatment plan quarterly and work with client to fulfill the goals of the treatment plan
• Provide crisis intervention, as needed.

If you have the following:

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work.
• A vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
• Experience working with youth with mental health needs.

• Ability to work well on a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
