Atlas Search is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Brooklyn, NY
A reputable health clinic based in NYC is currently seeking Call Center Representatives for their medical office in Brooklyn, NY. This clinic provides comprehensive care to individuals and families. As the Call Center Representative, you’ll be responding to incoming customer calls, employing company protocols to resolve customer issues, and routing calls to the managerial team when required.
The base pay range for this position is $19 to $21 per hour. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, confirming customers' language preferences as you assist them.
- Provide information and support to enhance the patient experience.
- Act as a liaison between patients and the health center, directing calls to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Prior call center experience
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
