Atlas ESR is Hiring a Desktop Support Analyst Near Los Angeles, CA
Our client is looking for an outstanding Desktop Support Analyst to join their growing team! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a world-class Law Firm with a lot of room for growth in your career.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Offer assistance to end users for various technical concerns, encompassing desktops, telephones, handheld devices, network, and software applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams at all levels to promptly address hardware, AV/conference, or telephony problems. Identify, monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose recurring issues; offer suggestions, communicate efficiently, and ensure follow-up on resolutions.
- Sets up workstations for new users and upgrades existing hardware and software. Configures and manages network and telecommunications systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- Previous experience working within a law firm
