Atlas Bolt & Screw Company LLC is Hiring a Scheduling Coordinator Near Ashland, OH

Summary: Provides support to the Ohio branch of Atlas Bolt & Screw Co., LLC by creating, organizing, scheduling, and managing production jobs, purchase orders, raw materials, and replenishments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Creation of requisitions/purchase orders for various items/departments.

· Creation of purchase order for outside processing, such as heat treat etc.

· Creation of purchase orders for direct shipments and release for invoicing.

· Assisting in PO reconciliation against vendor invoices.

· Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other contacts.

· Purchasing of office supplies.

· Assisting in month end process, fix/close jobs as needed.

· Analyzing stock levels to create purchase orders for accessories and raw material items.

· Overseeing supply chain transfers to support other branches.

· Organizing and filing of shipping paperwork and scanning when required.

· Maintaining jobs, SCT’s, inventory adjustments, GIT transfers in ERP system,

· Mailing of paper invoices and retrieval and distribution of incoming mail.

· Backing up fulfillment coordinator when out of office for job tickets.

· Supporting continuous improvement efforts as needed for the Ashland branch.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
