Atlantic Squared Supply is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Greenville, SC

The Office Administrator for the fleet and safety department will be responsible for maintaining company records, providing administrative and communication support, and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the compliance team. Responsibilities include tracking compliance requirements for each location, processing reports, and assisting in special projects. The Compliance Administrator will regularly monitor DOT compliance systems, review hours of service records, and assign driver training. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively communicate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintains all DOT and driver qualification records and reports required by Federal, State, and local regulations for all company entities.
  • Utilize different software applications such as MS Word MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with compliance activities including gathering data from audits, online training, MVR process, random testing, post-injury/accident testing, and related programs.
  • Coordinate and organize training events for branches.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for assisting employees with basic troubleshooting for compliance systems.
  • Maintain updated spreadsheets and database administration for the Safety & Compliance department.
  • Always maintain strict confidentiality
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the company mission, vision, and core values.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 years of experience in the safety and compliance field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, establish priorities, and accomplish goals and objectives within given timelines.
  • Must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to build positive business relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
