YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR BOOKKEEPER
You will seamlessly manage Accounts Receivable, ensuring billing accuracy, while navigating the intricacies of Accounts Payable with finesse. Your payroll responsibilities will include commission, a crucial part of our commitment to our valued team. Every day, you will engage in daily and monthly reports, reconcile accounts, and delve into job costing to track our financial landscape accurately. Your proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Office skills will be your trusted companions in maintaining financial order.
Here's what we need from you:
- An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- AP/AR experience
- A strong understanding of payroll processing, daily and monthly reports, reconciliations, budgeting, and job costing
- QuickBooks proficiency and advanced Microsoft Office skills
A background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, or a similar industry is preferred but not required!
