ADMS is currently seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse Administrator to work in our New York City location. Administrators must have dialysis experience. No training will be provided. Atlantic Dialysis Management Services, one of the country's top ten dialysis companies, has an opening for a Dialysis Nurse Administrator.

Atlantic Dialysis Management Services was established to provide day to day administration and management of dialysis services and related business development activities. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall operations, leadership, management and success of this center.

Position is in the following area:

• New York City

Reports to: Vice President of Clinical Services

Requirements

General Description:

The Nurse Administrator coordinates and manages the clinical and other unit activities in the Dialysis Center to provide quality patient care. Must be a Registered Nurse who has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for the dialysis center.

• Develops and maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance/performance improvement program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
• Assures quality patient care.
• Coordinates schedule for staff and shift times for patients. Evaluates performance and initiates or makes recommendations for personnel action.
• Maintains a safe environment.
• Effective communication within department, as well as hospital wide.
• Promotes positive customer relations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• New York State Licensed Registered Nurse
• 3 years’ experience working in a renal care setting
• Must have clinical experience as well as experience in a leadership role.
• BLS, ACLS certification

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $95,000.00- $120,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
