We are looking for a qualified Service Manager with two or more years of automotive dealership experience to join our team. The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing service departments and for controlling costs, building clientele, maintaining employee relations, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives, and maintaining service records. He or she helps plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service technicians, advisors, and other service members to promote customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Additionally, the Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of all service concerns of our customers and maintains exemplary customer service.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and DMV check.
