Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Estimator/Overseeing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will appraise damaged vehicles and determine vehicle value. Your responsibilities will include performing physical inspections, documenting damage, and reviewing repair estimates. The ideal candidate is methodical and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will oversee daily operations as well as oversee production inside the shop. Must have strong knowledge of dealing with negotiating with insurance companies and direct repair program.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical inspections of damaged vehicles
- Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
- Determine the extent of damage
- Document repairs needed and review repair shop estimates
- Determine vehicle value and provide documentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Autobody field
- Previous knowledge of estimating
- Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent management skills
- Ability to work with no supervision
Top dollar pay for management experience
