Medical Assistant/Receptionist
Atlantic Advanced Spine and Neurology Institute (AASNI) is actively seeking a motivated Certified Medical Assistant with more than one year medical clinic office experience for the busy pain management and neurology clinics at Johns Creek, GA 30024, a satellite office at Bethlehem GA 30620, and a coming office at Lilburn 30047.
Office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri including 1 hour lunch break time(hours/days may vary), typically 35-40 hours a week.
Individuals who pose a direct threat or significant risk to the health or safety of themselves or others are excluded. You will have the chance to be promoted based on performance in a rapidly growing practice. In addition, you will get bonus based on your capabilities and skills.

Position Summary: The Medical Assistant is responsible for check in and check out patients, assist with tests and procedures, medical record request, coordinate referrals, scheduling, confirming appointments, prior authorization and other documenting, and providing high-level customer service to patients.
This position will also require to take the receptionist role, such as scheduling, confirming appointments, and providing high-level customer service to patients. In addition, the receptionist works closely with biller for insurance eligibility check and prior authorizations for tests and procedures. This position requires a team player who is willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
