Atlanta Athletic Club is Hiring a Bartender - Part Time Near Johns Creek, GA
- Work as directed to support the mission and values of the Atlanta Athletic Club
- Greets members and their guest in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival
- Stocks bar with all supplies and ingredients needed for smooth flow of service
- Inspects and rotates all beer, wine and liquor to maintain maximum freshness
- Fulfills both opening and closing side work on each shift
- Learns and maintains knowledge of all menu items as well as Club events
- Takes food and beverage order and inputs into POS system
- Delivers food and clears any nonessential items from tables and checks on dining members frequently
- Resets tables and cleans entire work area throughout shift
- Maintains accurate member charges and presents check for signature
- Takes ownership of member issues and follows through to resolution
- Promotes an attitude of teamwork by assisting coworkers on the floor and with side work
- Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drink
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to pay attention to details
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food and beverages
- Frequent bending and lifting as well as continuous walking and standing
- One year or more of experience in Food & Beverage
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain a pouring permit from the City of John Creek
- High school diploma or equivalent
