RECEPTIONIST POSITION

Our team of experienced bankruptcy lawyers and staff have been helping people manage and gain control over their debt since 2000. We provide personal service to meet our clients' needs, and our reputation is built on trustworthiness and experience. We focus only on providing our clients with debt relief services because we understand bad financial situations happen to good people. We commit to keeping our clients informed throughout the entire debt relief process. We work with our clients every step of the way, ensuring all their questions are answered. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professionally greets and directs incoming calls
• Manages attorney calendars for appointments, including initial client consultations, hearing dates, conflicts, vacations, etc.
• Must have sufficient knowledge of firm services to direct routine requests
• Keeps and maintains firm documents, including Excel worksheets and client files
• Processes client payments in-person and online
• Sends professionally written and grammatically correct letters and emails
• Maintains inventory of office supplies (including ordering)
• Monitors and maintains the firm's social media account on Facebook
• Utilizes the firm's web-based CRM to facilitate interactions and communications with prospective, current, and past clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
