Job Summary: We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronic Warfare Engineer (EWO/ECMO) to join our team in support of a government customer Northern VA area. As an EW Subject Matter Expert, you will be a pivotal force in bolstering the development and implementation of advanced electronic warfare technologies and electronic attack systems. Ideal candidate has EW/EA experience in EA-6B, EA-18G or RC 135/EC-37B with knowledge of the EMSO environment and is able to analyze link budget, RF application and dB tradeoffs. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and development of electronic warfare systems and technologies including Electronic Attack and Electronic Support.
* Formulate, test, and appraise electronic countermeasures (ECM) systems.
* Foster collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams to pioneer innovative solutions to electronic warfare challenges.
* Assess operational requisites and deliver expert technical guidance for the integration and execution of electronic warfare systems.
* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in electronic warfare technologies and provide strategic recommendations for technology integration.
* Conduct rigorous field tests and experiments to validate ECM system performance.
* Analyze and interpret data gathered during tests and produce comprehensive reports documenting findings and recommendations.
* Extend technical expertise and support to both internal and external stakeholders, including the military, government agencies, and industry partners.
* Actively participate in technical reviews and contribute to the formulation of electronic warfare strategies and policies. Minimum Requirements: * Requires EW/EA experience as either an EA-6B, EA-18G, or RC 135/EC-37B.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related technical field, or a bachelor's degree and Ten (10) years of experience as an EWO, ECMO, or EMSO.
* Ten (10) years of operational experience working with US military and near-peer EMSO capabilities.
* Demonstrated knowledge of electronic warfare principles, tactics, and technologies.
* Experience in the design, development, and testing of electronic countermeasures, electronic attack and electronic support systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective conveyance of technical information and interaction with stakeholders.
* Must hold a TS/SCI clearance.
* Due to sensitive nature of the position, must be a U.S. Citizen. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: * Ten (10) years of proven experience working with RF application, dB tradeoffs, and analyzing link budget in a DoD setting
* Previous military service EWO, ECMO or EW Engineer is a plus.
* Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, engaging with scientists, engineers, and military personnel.
* Familiarity with military standards and protocols pertaining to electronic warfare systems.
* Demonstrated relevant experience associated with communication principles and theory in spectrum management.
