Who you are:

Enjoy delivering excellent client service, with superior results. Hands-on and passionate about developing yourself and others. As an A&A Senior, you'll be responsible for preparing, reviewing and completing prepared, compiled, and reviewed financial statement engagements and serving as a point of contact with clients. Finally, you should enjoy collaborating with multiple teams and demonstrating your leadership and technical abilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Plan and perform assurance engagements
• Supervise, train and mentor staff accountants
• Research application of GAAP and other Special Purpose Frameworks
• Understand and appropriately apply SSARS and other professional standards
• Communicate with managers and partners on the progress of projects
• Perform other accounting and consulting duties as needed
• Foster constructive relationships with clients and business affiliates

• Knowledge of and ability to apply GAAP and other Special Purpose Frameworks
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of computer software applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; advanced degree preferred
• 2-4 Years financial statement experience in a public accounting firm
• CPA preferred
• Knowledge of and ability to apply GAAP and other Special Purpose Frameworks
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of computer software applications
• Ability to work collectively with clients, managers, and co-workers
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
