As the Service Manager, you'll be the captain of our icy ship. You'll need to thaw out your leadership skills to guide your team through the chilly waters of repairs and ensure no ice cream goes to waste. You'll spend 50% of your time in the office, orchestrating operations like a conductor, and the other 50% out in the field, demonstrating your repair prowess while keeping your crew's spirits high. In this position you will be given the opportunity to flex your brain muscles as much as your bicep muscles. • Education: You've got a trade school certificate/diploma, because even the coldest hearts melt in the presence of knowledge.
• Communication: Your ability to talk techy stuff to techies and layman's terms to the technologically challenged should be legendary.
• Leadership: You've got the charisma of a melted popsicle, the determination of an icebreaker ship, and the patience of a saint when your team insists on telling dad jokes while fixing an ice maker.
