Job Summary:
At Home Companions, a trusted and reputable home healthcare agency, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) to join our team in to work with a female client on Saturday and Sundays from 8:30am-12:30pm. The hours can be flexible.. individual contributor role that will require you to work weekends to provide quality and personalized care to our clients. Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $18 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. 
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home personal care and support to clients during the weekends
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Administer medication and monitor clients' conditions
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the supervising nurse or case manager
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Requirements:
- Valid CHHA certification in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CHHA
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
