aSure Wound Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a remote position based on the US west coast and requires previous experience in sales and business development. Experience working in nursing homes or long-term care facilities is preferred.
Base salary plus commission
Shift: Monday - Friday
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and business development in the long-term care industry
• Strong communication and time management skills, ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients
• Cold call potential customer leads and coordinate sales efforts with team members
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Attend trade show conferences as needed
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Drive the end-to-end sales process
• Prepare and submit sales contracts
• Continuously improve service and performance through feedback
