- Strong priority management, work independently, effectively manage time and resources
- Routine visits to providers in assigned territory to develop a trusted relationship and maintain open lines of communication between AstranaCare Texas and providers
- Conduct provider onboarding, orientation, and ongoing educational training throughout the year to ensure providers remain compliant with state, federal regulations and company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure provider inquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and implement strategies for retention, growth, and marketing within assigned territories
- Detailed reporting of provider visits, inquiries, trainings, and growth opportunities
- Must be able to problem solve and identify ways to address provider issues timely and effectively
- Must be able to travel frequently to assigned service area.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
- 2-3yearsexperiencein providernetworkscope of services
- Strong understanding of Managed Care Operations
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service, provider services or relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
- Proficientcomputer skills andMicrosoftOffice programs (i.e.,Outlook,Excel, Word,andPowerPoint)

- Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work in the field and at home on a weekly basis.
- This position is a field representative position and requires traveling depending on assignments or projects. This could be 2-3 times per week,and alsorequires monthly visits to provider offices.
- Occasionally required to work overtime and /or duringtheweekend.Must always have and maintain a reliable source of transportation.
- The total compensation target pay range for this roleis $80,000- $90,000annually. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
