Sales Support, Customer Service Opportunity - Can Start ASAP!
On-Site in Elk Grove Village, IL - $20.00/hour - Order Entry/ERP Experience a PLUS!
Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Elk Grove Village, Illinois (Fully On-Site)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: M-F, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls regarding products and orders.
-Handle orders over the phone with customers.
-Assist with inventory management and in-stock items.
-Answer inbound calls from customers.
-Take orders from customers and entering them into their internal system.
-Take special orders via phone and email from customers.
-Educate customers on products/services
Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
-2-5 years of sales support/customer service experience OR any professional office experience
-Computer Skills (typing test, Microsoft Office Software verified by references)
-Experience with Data Entry or Order Entry
NICE HAVES:
-Bilingual in Polish and English
-ERP or CRM Software experience
-Building Products Industry experience
SOFT SKILLS:
-Critical Thinking Skills
-Outgoing
-Detail Oriented
-Experience working in a fast-paced environment
-Independent worker
