Description :

This person will spend majority of the time at a computer setting up items in the system. They will send forms with part number, description and verify pricing to make sure it matches.

They will also update any change in status; enter discounted items or particular requests from buyers. This person will set up anywhere from 30 40 new items in the system per day.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Setup / Maintain Inventory Items in Infor.
• Maintain Item status and standard package changes from Buyers
• Update Item Product Categories
• Create / Maintain Vendor Product Lines
• Maintain Discontinued / Obsolete Items Notifications on SharePoint
• Identify / Manage all aspects of SDS items and files using Max Recall
• Receive / Maintain SharePoint / Infor with Vendor Info / SDS / Spec sheets
• Import Vendor Pricing files into Infor
• Work with Rebate Specialists / Accounting Clerks & Buyers to resolved pricing issues
• Help with daily reports / team projects and other duties as needed or requested.
