Description :
Well respected financial institution in Spokane, WA is seeking a temporary Community Relations Coordinator to support logistics for their Community Relations team.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, able to work with competing deadlines, has a basic understanding of project management, comfortable collaborating with clients, and excellent time management.
- Coordinate administrative support for sponsorships, community relations events, and partnerships.
- Utilize project management software and maintain database to organize projects.
- Engage with key stakeholders, gathering vital information to build sponsorship and opportunities.
- Collaborates with marketing team to execute content and campaigns on time.
- Assists in planning of Community Relations activities.
- Provides appropriate tracking and monitoring of sponsorships and projects.
- Assist with client entertainment and volunteer activities.
- Monitor and evaluate progress on projects and deadlines, providing regular reports to management
