Our client, a healthcare company in Brentwood, TN is looking to hire multiple Care Coordinators (Outbound Call Center) to start on 2/6!
Details:
- On-site position in Brentwood, TN
- Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday (must be open to both)
- Must be flexible between 6am - 9pm (must be open to all shifts)
- Pay: $18-$20/hour
Description:
- Handle 90- 100 outbound calls per day
- The Care Coordinator will be given a list of referrals from the health insurance company to call and schedule in home appointments for. (members with kidney disease)
- They will be given a script and will basically educate the member on the company's program
- Their goal is to schedule the in-home appointment for the member.
