As a Sales Performance and Operations Manager with a focus on driving growth and retention, your role is pivotal in identifying key opportunities within the sales cycle. You’ll work cross functionally across the organization to analyze customer trends, develop strategies for customer retention and identify areas for revenue growth by working closely with sales teams to identify key opportunities within the sales pipeline. You will work to optimize Revenue Operations practices in order to capitalize on top priorities built for scale.
