Overview

As a Sales Performance and Operations Manager with a focus on driving growth and retention, your role is pivotal in identifying key opportunities within the sales cycle. You’ll work cross functionally across the organization to analyze customer trends, develop strategies for customer retention and identify areas for revenue growth by working closely with sales teams to identify key opportunities within the sales pipeline. You will work to optimize Revenue Operations practices in order to capitalize on top priorities built for scale. Your continued focus on developing and leveraging data driven insights through powerful data stories to fuel organic growth are crucial components of your responsibilities.

What You'll Do

  • Consolidate, design, optimize and deliver comprehensive sales reporting and analytics to enhance regional sales performance and identify risks via insightful dashboards and data stories in PowerBI (but not limited to) that can be leveraged to provide actionable recommendations
  • Partner with business leaders in order to develop and implement new data requests and/or reports as requested from the department.
  • Monitor and ensure the accurate and efficient distribution of sales reports and intelligence vital to the sales organization. Make recommendations as necessary.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement tools that create the ability to accurately forecast, enhance efficiency and benchmark results
  • Implement and support weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reporting and forecasting identifying significant changes and trends impacting growth and trajectory utilizing Salesforce
  • Identify operational and data gaps, locate root causes and participate in solution planning. Continuously work to streamline reporting and participate in the integration of reporting databases and sales tools.
  • Partner with business leaders in order to develop and implement new data requests and/or reports as requested from the department.
  • Track new acquisition performance and identify additional resources to support where necessary
  • Maintain awareness of best practices through new tools and research to consistently improve delivery of solutions to business stakeholders and identify opportunities for existing functionality to train accordingly. Advocate for and implement these on a go forward basis.
  • Own and uphold the data integrity of business insights, taking responsibility for assessing the impact of change requests on existing metrics, reports, dashboards and integrations.
  • Responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy and timely reporting in all cadences
  • Participate and support adhoc initiatives related to revenue growth and business initiatives as needed
  • Maintain effective working relationships with all regional leaders in order to provide support and identify trends unique to their geographies as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI and developing powerful dashboards required
  • Ability to take a topic of higher complexity and break it into topics that are digestible by business stakeholders
  • Effective communicator that can present challenges with solutions
