The Purpose of Your Role

Assure is seeking an experienced People Operations Coordinator that can hit the ground running. Assure is a startup environment where the People team wears different hats and works together to support the culture, goals, and growth of the company. The perfect hire loves a changing environment and is willing to take on any task to support the team. The People team is led by the Human Resource Manager and has a full time Recruiter. The People Operations Coordinator will assist with employee benefit cycle front to back, new hire onboarding, company culture, HRIS administration, compliance (federal, state, and local laws as well as company policy and administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource compliance programs including but not limited to onboarding, compensation, benefits, and leave, employee activities and culture
  • Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the People department
  • Assist with People Operation objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
  • Ensure legal compliance of People Operations, state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, including entering data into HRIS information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Recruit using full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees

The Expertise You Have

  • 2-4 years of People Operations (HR experience)
  • BambooHR experience is preferred
