Nursa is Hiring a People Operations Coordinator (Intern) Near Salt Lake City, UT

Nursa is a healthcare platform that directly addresses the severe staffing challenges confronting the U.S. healthcare system by connecting qualified registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) seeking flexible work with facilities in need of help. Role overview:
The People Operations Coordinator Intern is responsible for many parts of the employee experience lifecycle. From recruiting coordination, to pre employment onboarding, employee experience and events, all the way to offboarding, this role has a hand in it all. They will also provide assistance with People Operations projects and initiatives as needed. The People Operations Coordinator will have a front row seat to see how a company operates from a People perspective.
Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting Coordination
    • Schedule and manage virtual and on-site interviews
    • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process
    • Manage email templates and recruiting operations
  • Employee Experience
    • General office management including keeping inventory of office swag and fully stocked snack room
    • Managing onsite and offsite events
    • Fostering and supporting a productive, healthy, and fun culture for both our in-person and remote employees
  • People Ops Coordination
    • Communication with 1099 contractors regarding injury reports and verifications
    • Employment I9 and e-verify
    • HRIS data entry
    • Assist with employee benefit administration
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Passionate about candidate and employee experience
  • Ability to manage multiple customer service requests and priorities concurrently while maintaining professionalism and concise communications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills - can communicate well using multiple mediums (email, phone, text, IM)
  • Technology savvy - ability to quickly learn software and systems and utilize technology to manage work
