Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional automotive service and maintenance to our customers. Responsibilities: - Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and other vehicle maintenance services - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment - Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner - Maintain accurate records of all services performed on vehicles - Collaborate with the sales team to provide recommendations for additional services or repairs that may be needed - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair - Proficient in tire service, including mounting, balancing, and repair - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required (e.g., lifting tires or other heavy parts) - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Sales experience is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for automotive service and maintenance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
